In this Policy, "Campers Closet", "we" or "us" refers to Campers Closet LLC, a company registered in New York with its registered address located at 115 East 34th Street Front 1 #1226 New York, NY 10016.

 

For the purpose of this Policy, "Personal Information" includes any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual and includes Information you provide or generate when you use our Site (www.mycamperscloset.com) or our Services via our mobile application: Campers Closet. When you use the Site or the Services, you consent to our collecting, processing, use and storage of your Personal Information as described in this Policy.

Information you choose to provide to us

Registration information: when you create an account in the app, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, city and state of residence, and a password.

 

User generated information: such as when you provide us access to your camera roll to upload photos into the app, and when you provide the names of your campers, as well as the month and year of their birth.

 

Information automatically collected

Information regarding your use of the Site: such as cookie identifiers and IP address.

 

Information regarding your use of the Services: such as app use information, interactions with our team, and transaction records.

 

Information from service providers our Services rely on: such as for in-app purchases and transactions.

 

Information regarding interactions with advertisements on the Services: such as logging of clicks on in-app advertisements.

 

2. How we use your Information

 

We use your personal information to:

Provide you with the Site: We and our service providers may use cookies and other technologies to help us analyze user interaction with our Site. These technologies collect information about your computer and your browser. If you do not want this to occur, you can set your browser to ask you before setting cookies or to automatically reject cookies.

 

We also may use Google Analytics and/or other third-party services to help us understand how our Site is being used and how we can improve it. We do not share personal information gathered on our Site with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Because of this, we also do not respond to Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

The personal information we process when doing so includes your account information, information you provide to us when using the Services, information you generate when using the Services, and information regarding your use of the Services.

 

Product and Services development: We may collect information to monitor and improve the Site. We may also collect and use data on app usage to inform product innovation and new product offerings.

 

Deliver relevant advertising: We may advertise to you in-app based on the state you reside in and/or the camp(s) you attend. For the purpose of clarity, we do not collect geo-location information to facilitate this advertising, rather you choose to disclose this information when using the app.

 

Understand the effectiveness of in-app advertising: We may deliver advertisements to you about products you may want to purchase for camp. We will collect information on which users click on these advertisements. We may provide reporting to our advertisers on aggregate click-through rates for these advertisements, as well as which users clicked on advertisements.

 

Communicate with you and provide you with support: We may collect information when you register an account that we use to communicate with you about our Services, including for email and social media marketing. We may share this information with service providers to help us conduct marketing campaigns. If you would like to be removed from our email lists, you can email contact@mycamperscloset.com.

 

We may collect information when we provide you with support and to respond to your requests or complaints. If you reach out to us for support, we will use your Information to respond to and resolve your queries and complaints and facilitate support (e.g. retrieval of a forgotten password).

 

Protect our Services: We may use data to prevent fraud, identify activities that violate our policies, terms of service, or the law, or to prevent criminal activity that compromises our ability to protect our rights and property, secure our Services, your data, or the safety of our customers, employees, or others.

 

Comply with Law: We may process data to comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or legally binding requests from law enforcement or other similar government bodies.

We share your Information with selected third parties, including:

Vendors and service providers we rely on for the provision of the Site and Services: This includes Amazon Web Services, the cloud service provider who we rely on for data storage, who is based in the U.S.

 

Advertising partners: We may share aggregate click-through rates with our advertising partners to help them understand the effectiveness of their in-app advertising.

 

Government bodies: We may disclose personal information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or legally binding requests from law enforcement or other similar government bodies, or when we believe, disclosure is needed to fulfill our ethical duties.

 

Corporate transactions: In the unlikely event we are involved in a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, reorganization, partnership, asset sale or other transaction, we may disclose your personal information as part of that transaction.

 

4. Security and location

 

We will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information and minimize the personal information we process. Your personal information will be processed by our employees and service providers in the U.S. If you provide us with personal information, you are consenting to having your information processed and stored in the United States.

 

5. How long we store your information

 

Your personal information is kept for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes set out above. Generally, it is stored for as long as you are registered and using our Services.

 

If you would like to delete your account and associated information, you may do so in the app. Navigate to the “My Account” window and click “Delete My Account.”

 

6. Children’s privacy

Our Services are designed for use by parents, are not targeted at children, and we do not knowingly collect Information from individuals under the age of 16. If you learn that your child has provided us with Information in violation of this Policy, please contact us as indicated below.
